What is the return policy?
We have a 2-week cancellation policy, which means you may request to cancel your booking up to 20 days before the scheduled tour date.
To be eligible for a cancellation and refund:
- The tour must not have taken place or been partially attended.
- Your cancellation request must be submitted within the allowed timeframe.
- You must provide your booking confirmation or proof of purchase.

Cancellations made without contacting us first will not be processed.

We use two types of 9-seater vehicles: the Peugeot Traveller 2025 and the Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer.
